Lenna und Piret haben wieder gewonnen

Lenna and Piret won the show again!
ETV Sport has just broadcasted the show called "Kes sõidab Pekingisse?", that we wrote about in last post. It's a pleasure to announce that Lenna Kuurma and Piret Järvis won the quarter-final. By the way... in the newest Polish Bravo magazine, there is a summation of all songs that were at the chart during year 2007. Vanilla Ninja are on 7th place with "Dangerzone"! They're higher than Polish superstar Doda and also Tokio Hotel, Timbaland, Nelly Furtado and many more! On the other hand, Vanilla Ninja radio singles got low places on "Numero Uuno 2007". Voting orgazined by Estonian radio Uuno put "Insane In Vain" on 80th place and "Birds Of Peace" on 70th. Lenna's solo projects are a little bit higher. "Vabadus Valatud Verest" featuring Elmar Liitmaa is 44th and "Saatus Naerdes Homse Toob" is 39th.

Lennas Silvester Feier

Thursday's SL Õhtuleht is exploring how busy Estonian most famous musicians are on the New Year's Eve. They asked some questions to Lenna too...

"On the New Year's Eve I have only one performance in club Hollywood. I didn't look for job for that night, but finally I got 2 offers which I decided, I'd take one. It's a big MTV New Year's Eve party" Lenna says.
"December has been so busy this year. Help! At least one performance a day, sometimes two. It seems like people have too much money.." Lenna describes her December. "It's things have been out of hands, I have even tolerated some overload."
How much does it cost to get u to perform on New Years Eve? "About the prices so much that -double-or-nothing!" Lenna half-smiles.

Sie wurden gefragt was sie über die Einladung denken im Mariton Grand Hotel (Tallinn) einen Weihnachtsbaum zu schmücken.

Piret Järvis:

"We have a Christmas tree tradition at home, we bring the tree into the room on December 24. Our ornamentation has become a bit less than it was before. The same is now with my sister and my brother.
Now we decorate it as it was first decorated. My sister Mari makes the tree most beautifully. She as well has a good taste for flowers as also for tree decoration. Our famaly is normal, that in a few times, the tree was overthrown. Until now, nobody's life was in danger.

Katrin Siska:

"We have had an artificial tree the last years, which we decorated together. When I was in Germany one year, we had not had any Christmas tree at home. We will not bring any tree into the room this year. It is tradition, that we go to mother and father over the the days. This was a big nerve consuming waiting. With stories and singing I tried to bridge the time. I also danced a bit."

Lenna Kuurmaa:

"I have never taken a break in Christmas. Every year we went visiting the same family friends. When I was pretty small, we were visited by Father Christmas, but normally he left the presents under the Christmas tree."

Meeting mit Katrin und Absage des Songs!

Am Samstag hatten Fans, die ein Geschenk für Katrin vorbereitet hatten, sie treffen.

Sie haben rausgefunden, dass in naher Zukunft kein neuer Song der Ninjas erscheinen wird! Denn Elmar Liitmaa hat die Musik geschrieben und Die Ninjas wollten die Lyrics selbst schreiben. Dies akzeptierte Liitmaa nicht. Katrin sagte aber auch, dass sie trotzdem einen neuen Song nächstes Jahr machen werden.

Ende dieses Jahres wird Katrin nach Indien gehen. Dort wird sie Silvester feiern und ich ausruhen.

Lennas und Pirets Silvester Pläne

Piret ist im Moment in Rakvere und besucht dort das Green Christmas Rock Festival. Sie wird Silvester zusammen mit Lenna im Hollwood Club in Tallinn sein. Piret wird "Oldschool Music" auflegen und Lenna etwas Akapella singen.
