Lenna und Piret haben wieder gewonnen

Lenna and Piret won the show again!
ETV Sport has just broadcasted the show called "Kes sõidab Pekingisse?", that we wrote about in last post. It's a pleasure to announce that Lenna Kuurma and Piret Järvis won the quarter-final. That means they're now in semi-final! Watch or download the video here! More information about the show you can find in news named "Lenna and Piret to Beijing?" from 27th December. By the way... in the newest Polish Bravo magazine, there is a summation of all songs that were at the chart during year 2007. Vanilla Ninja are on 7th place with "Dangerzone"! They're higher than Polish superstar Doda and also Tokio Hotel, Timbaland, Nelly Furtado and many more! On the other hand, Vanilla Ninja radio singles got low places on "Numero Uuno 2007". Voting orgazined by Estonian radio Uuno put "Insane In Vain" on 80th place and "Birds Of Peace" on 70th. Lenna's solo projects are a little bit higher. "Vabadus Valatud Verest" featuring Elmar Liitmaa is 44th and "Saatus Naerdes Homse Toob" is 39th.

Lennas Silvester Feier

Thursday's SL Õhtuleht is exploring how busy Estonian most famous musicians are on the New Year's Eve. They asked some questions to Lenna too...

"On the New Year's Eve I have only one performance in club Hollywood. I didn't look for job for that night, but finally I got 2 offers which I decided, I'd take one. It's a big MTV New Year's Eve party" Lenna says.
"December has been so busy this year. Help! At least one performance a day, sometimes two. It seems like people have too much money.." Lenna describes her December. "It's things have been out of hands, I have even tolerated some overload."
How much does it cost to get u to perform on New Years Eve? "About the prices so much that -double-or-nothing!" Lenna half-smiles.

VN in Kroonika

Sie wurden gefragt was sie über die Einladung denken im Mariton Grand Hotel (Tallinn) einen Weihnachtsbaum zu schmücken.

Piret Järvis:

"We have a Christmas tree tradition at home, we bring the tree into the room on December 24. Our ornamentation has become a bit less than it was before. The same is now with my sister and my brother.
Now we decorate it as it was first decorated. My sister Mari makes the tree most beautifully. She as well has a good taste for flowers as also for tree decoration. Our famaly is normal, that in a few times, the tree was overthrown. Until now, nobody's life was in danger.

Katrin Siska:

"We have had an artificial tree the last years, which we decorated together. When I was in Germany one year, we had not had any Christmas tree at home. We will not bring any tree into the room this year. It is tradition, that we go to mother and father over the the days. This was a big nerve consuming waiting. With stories and singing I tried to bridge the time. I also danced a bit."

Lenna Kuurmaa:

"I have never taken a break in Christmas. Every year we went visiting the same family friends. When I was pretty small, we were visited by Father Christmas, but normally he left the presents under the Christmas tree."

Meeting mit Katrin und Absage des Songs!

Am Samstag hatten Fans, die ein Geschenk für Katrin vorbereitet hatten, sie treffen.

Sie haben rausgefunden, dass in naher Zukunft kein neuer Song der Ninjas erscheinen wird! Denn Elmar Liitmaa hat die Musik geschrieben und Die Ninjas wollten die Lyrics selbst schreiben. Dies akzeptierte Liitmaa nicht. Katrin sagte aber auch, dass sie trotzdem einen neuen Song nächstes Jahr machen werden.

Ende dieses Jahres wird Katrin nach Indien gehen. Dort wird sie Silvester feiern und ich ausruhen.

Lennas und Pirets Silvester Pläne

Piret ist im Moment in Rakvere und besucht dort das Green Christmas Rock Festival. Sie wird Silvester zusammen mit Lenna im Hollwood Club in Tallinn sein. Piret wird "Oldschool Music" auflegen und Lenna etwas Akapella singen.

Lenna sieht aus wie Jessica Simson?!

Auf TV3 hat Lenna die Casabella Show besucht. Dort wurde sie wie Jessica Simson gestylt. Danach wirde mit ihr ein Fotoshooting gemacht dessen Fotos im estnischen Just! veröffentlicht werden.

Lenna und VN im estnischen TV

Am 24. Dezember um 19Uhr (Estnische Zeit) wird Kanal 2 das Weihnachtskonzert vom Valge Gospel mit Lenna zeigen. Und am 26. Dezember um 11:45 Uhr (Estnische Zeit) wird ein altes Top 50 Video gezeigt, wo VN auf dem 10ten Platz waren.

VN in Kroonika

Because VN has very busy times at the end of the year, Kroonika asked them to decorate a christmas tree in the glamour Meriton Grand Hotel in Tallinn with their favourite christmas tree decorations
Piret: "We have a tradition of having a Christmas tree in our home, we birng the tree on 24. December. I'm not as excited to decorate the tree, as I was before. Now it's the same thing with my brother and sister..."

Neuer Song erst nächstes Jahr!

Katrin selber sagt zu dem angekündigten neuen Song der Ninjas, dass sie es leider nicht schaffen dieses Jahr noch ins Studio zu gehen.

Sie sagte ausserdem, dass der neue Song in Englisch sein wird.

Unbestätigten Aussagen auf MySpace zu folge soll der neue Song den die Ninjas für Weihnachten angekündigt haben am Samstag veröffentlicht werden!

Vanilla Ninja gewinnen!

Gute Nachrichten im über EMI gegen Brandes Fall.

Vanilla Ninja (EMI) gewannen das Verfahren gegen Brandes!

Das Gerichtsverfahren, welches ein halbes Jahr dauerte, zwischen Vanilla Ninja's ex Produzent David Brandes und EMI, welche das letzte Album "Die Liebe ist Krieg" veröffentlichten, hat die Lösung: Die Mädchen sind wieder Eigentümer von ihrem Namen, auf den internationalen Markt!

Nach dem Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Köln muss Brandes die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen. Vanilla Ninjas Vertrag mit EMI ist ausgelaufen und auch Bros Music hat keine Pläne mehr mit ihnen.

"It was initiated by Brandes, who claimed, that we shouldn't have released our last record under EMI" erklärte Järvis.

"In Estonia, basically, we can't release an album under the name Vanilla Ninja, if we can't make a deal with owner of trademark. But in Estonia chainging the name is smallest problem," said Järvis.

"Abroad our trademark belongs also to one other person, with who we have an agreement, that we can use it" fügt sie hinzu. "To use artist name, noone can't forbid us".

Schlußendlich versprach Piret das die Band weiter besteht. Sie wollen nun eine Pause um Ideen zu sammeln und dann ins Studio zurück zu kehren.

Lenna bei New Yorker

Lenna hat am 7ten Dezember bei New Yorkers eröffnung einer Finiale performt.

Triinus Debüt!

Am 14. Dezember wird nun endlich Triinus erste Solo CD veröffentlicht. Dabei handelt es sich um die Maxi zum Song "Home". Wenn ihr wollt könnt ihr hier schon mal reinhören.

Unser persönlicher Fav-Song von Trinu ist "Fallin" und so hoffen wir ihn endlich komplett, mit als Bonus, auf der Maxi hören zu können. Ob uns dieser Wunsch erfüllt wird, werden wir wohl erst morgen erfahren.

Besondere VN Videos

Diese Videos geistern schon seit einiger Zeit durch das Internet. Ursprünglich stammen sie aber von uns, aus einer Zeit lange vor VanillaNinja.de.ki. Aber trotzdem möchten wir sie euch nun auch hier noch mal zeigen, denn vielleicht kennt der ein oder andere sich noch nicht.

Katrin bevorzugt Yoga im Vergleich zum Internet

Katrin hat in der Zeitschrift Naised (Frauen) gesagt, dass sie lieber Yoga macht als Stunden lang vor dem PC zu sitzen.

"One spring I made myself an account in Orkut portal and I was a dense quest there for about half a year. I communicated there a lot with my friends and people who were connected to my work. But now I don't feel like logging in to Orkut at all"

sagte sie und fügt hinzu, das sie momentan nur einen kleinen Teil des tages am PC verbringt und ihrem Tag mit Yoga startet.

"Before I always started my morning with turning the computer on, I read news and e-mails, but now I have given my finger to yoga"

erklärt Katrin.

News Flash

As much as Ninjaportaal knows, Lenna Kuurmaa, Piret Järvis and Katrin Siska will start the recording of their new song. Its composer is Elmar Liitmaa - the one who worked also on their Eurolaul song - "Birds of Peace". The new radio hit will be calm as it is winter.
The title is still unknown. Some of you could have already seen the single, because it was added to singles in our Music section last month, so that was a new single we're informing about right now. The extra info from us: The radio single will be released before Christmas and it is very possible that both Lenna's and Piret's voices will be heard in the song.



Estonian TV channel made a list of the most important events in Estonia in 2007.
We can find "a battle of Vanilla Ninja to survive" on the 10th place. The video of the list is here. The celebrities seen on the video criticise Simakov for his ideas of creating Russian band and trying to destroy real ninjas. The full list we can see here and Lenna with Mikk Saar are on the 14th place and Õllesummer - the festival they performed at is on the 17th place.



In the new Kroonika Advent Edition we can find an article in which they asked stars about dwarves - how they get along with them and what great memories they have about Advent.

"I believed in dwarves for quite long time, my parents were experts in bringing me candies. I went to school and everybody kept saying that dwarves don't exist, but even when I was about 11-12, I was so sure that they did exist. I had such a broad-minded faith in them also because I thought I had seen them in action and talking behind the window when I was a kid. It's possible that it was a dream, but I thought about it as a reality".

Also, in today's SL Õhtuleht there is a piece of information taken from Ninjaportaal.

On 1st December we found out that VN is not a finalist in Eurolaul 2008. Vanilla Ninja Portaal asked Piret Järvis, why was there no offer from ETV or is VN not taking part because of the name-thing or for some other reason.
"Oh, enough of that Eurovision crap" - answered Piret today to VNP. "We took part in that show three times and I have cut through my Eurovision-dose multiple.



At 2.12. Lenna performed at Advent Concert in Keila together with Nele-Liis Vaiksoo and Mihkel Mattiisen.
She sang following songs: "Sulle kes sa kaugel", "When The Indians Cry", "Falling Star", "Saatus Naerdes Homse Toob", Norah Jones's "Don't Know Why", "You Got A Friend" in Estonian, repertory of musical "Chess and Georg" and many other famous songs. (Source: VNCity)

Es ist nichts so besonderes, aber erwähnt werden kann es doch trotzdem. In Galileos Bericht über Erotik- und Modefallen hat Pro7 Dangerzone als Hintergrundmusik benutzt. Allerdings kann man sich den Grund dafür aus dem Namen des Liedes herleiten, denn unsere Ninja-Girls sind doch alles andere als eine Erotik- oder Modefalle.

Die Ninjas bei eBay kaufen?

Oulson will das Markenzeichen von Vanilla Ninja für 44500 Dollar (469475 Estnische Kronen) bei eBay verkaufen!? Es klingt verrückt aber es is leider die Wahrheit.

Dazu verkaufen sie ausserdem die Domain VanillaNinja.ee. Die Rechte an Vanilla Ninja sind noch bis zum 15.12.2014 gültig.

Lenna gegen HIV

Lenna nimmt an einer Kampanie gegen HIV teil. Am ersten Dezember wird, um 17 Uhr, in der Saint Kaarl Kirche ein Konzert als Teil der Kampanie gegen HIV statt finden. Das Konzert heißt "Minu inimesed" (My People).
Während der Übertragung dieses Konzertes wird Lenna ihre Meinung sagen und jeden dazu auffordern einen HIV-Test zu machen.
Die Gewinner der EMA 07 werden auch teilnehmen.

Piret and Lenna bei Mantlipärija's Celebrities

Zum Irak Video

The VN girls think that the trip to Bagdad was the most exciting adventure they have ever had. Katrin got ill during the trip and is right now getting well at home. The VN girls arrived in Kuwait last Tuesday. They were taken to a house with thick concrete walls. "Thank god we could sleep in one room with other girls" says Katrin. "We tried to turn off the air conditioner. It made a lot of noise and the room was very cold already. That's why I got ill" says Katrin. In the morning they ate a very good breakfast. "As there are the USA soldiers in Arisjan, you can buy American snacks, fries and burgers there" laughs Katrin. On the same day they were taken to the airport by bus. "We sat on the plane with the bulletproof vests and helmets. Only then it's allowed to fly there."

The plane landed in Iraq at night. "We were a little bit scared but not that much, because there were a lot of soldiers everywhere" tells Katrin. In the contingent the girls were taken to a house which looked like a bomb shelter. The windows were covered with sand bags, but the inside was very nice and cosy. They could hear the war noises. "It was kind of scary when we heard the sounds of the helicopters. As it was dark, we couldn't see anything" says Katrin. Lenna heard a sound of a bomb explosion during the dinner. A little bit later the alarm signal was started. "We left the lunch room and heard the bombing – it felt like in a war movie" says Katrin. "Everything was so realistic. We didn't know anything and maybe it was better like this, because otherwise we would have been scared. Now, all we can remember are the positive things."

The first concert was given on Thursday in Taji base. "We were listened by thousands of soldiers and they really enjoyed the concert" says Katrin. Some soldiers climbed on the stage and after the concert the VN girls gave autographs. The Estonian soldiers got the newest album LIW. The girls regret that they didn't take more albums with them because everybody wanted the LIW albums. "We were just chatting with the Estonian soldiers for 2 hours. It was such a good feeling." The second concert was given in the Virginia base.

During the 2 days they could do a lot of new things. "We could act like the soldiers and try shooting. We could ride in a tank which weighed about 70 tons. We were told that it can go through a house" says Katrin. Sunday was a free day and they could look around in Kuwait. They were amazed by the huge houses there. "You can't see anything like this in Estonia" mentions Katrin.

They started their way back to Estonia on Sunday. Unfortunately they had to wait for 8 hours in a German airport. "We were just moving around the airport like zombies, drinking tea and coffee and playing cards" says Katrin. They got home at Monday night. "I don't regret anything. This feeling was incredible!" says Katrin. Lenna agrees with her: "It was the most interesting trip ever!"

Piret: "Of course we were very happy about the offer to give a concert here, but we were also a bit afraid of the war here and you never know what might happen."
Lenna: "While Katrin is exploring the tanks, we are sunbathing with Piret."

Katrin: "The soldiers were suprisingly shy. We were waiting for them to open themselves and talk about their life here, but the life of a soldier is not that easy, so we understand them."
Katrin: "The tanks are more comfortable than the hummers."
Lenna: "You could see from the crowd the differences between different nations – Estonian soldiers were very shy, while the US soldiers were more active. But it was better to give a concert to the Estonian soldiers. It felt very good."
Piret: "We could see that the soldiers were very happy that we came. When we were about to leave, they came in front of our hotel and held a speech and gave as a photo with them and us in it. It was very sad and I almost started to cry."
Lenna: "I also felt very sad. Estonians don't talk a lot, but if they do, they really mean what they say."

VN im Irak

Unsere Girls haben mal wieder bewiesen das sie Mut haben. Dieses Video müsst ihr euch ansehen, denn Vn sieht man nich alle Tage in der Uniform des Estnischen Militärs und schon garnicht in einem Panzer! Allerdings würde es uns dochmal interessieren, was sie da überreicht bekommen haben.

Eine weiter Email eines Soldaten aus dem Irak zum VN Konzert

Hey i just recently heard of you and went to your show in Camp Taji, Iraq. It was awesome! A break from all the same old grind of celebrities coming and just talking to us about "hangin in there" and "keeping our heads up when its tough." But, your show was an actual show and that made all the defference. To be honest I didn't think much about the concert, until I got there heard you guys start playing, but once the concert was over I couldn't wait to meet you guys at the Mudhouse Coffe shop. I hoped you sort of remember us, we did a half-ass attempt at crowd-surfing and we deffinately started other people to mosh with us. All I know is that it was one crazy time. At the coffee shop you guys did a sort of accoustic song and that was pretty cool. Me and my buddies were wondering if you have or were thinking about making an accoustic album of your songs? I hope that I won't have to come back here, but if I do hopefully I will get to see Vanilla Ninja again. But, I know I would rather see you in the States sometime. Well I hope you enjoyed your tour in Iraq, I know you made other's and my tour a little more enjoyable.

Erstes Irak Konzert ist vorbei

Heute war das erste Konzert der Ninjas im Irak. Die eMail eines Amerikanischen Soldaten gibt Auskunft:

"Hey I just seen Vanilla Ninjas in concert, today November 15, 2007 and I wanted to say that they were great. I would like to thank them for coming into Iraq to put on a show for all the Soldiers fighting this war. It was great to have such a morale buster plus they are very attractive. I would like to say thank you again for your support in the war against terrorism. Thanks again."

The band performed for over an hour in the army base, which is placed near Bagdad. They performed 15 songs + one bonus song. The audience were American and Estonian soldiers.
Liutenant Kivistik said after the concert, that this was the best thing, which happened during their service in Taji. „It is very important for soldiers to feel the support of Estonia, while being far away from home. That concert helped to take our thoughts away of everday proplems and dangers surrounding us.“
Vanilla Ninja's members gave to every Estonian soldier a free copy of their album "Love Is War".
There have been previous concerts for Estonian army members, who are in service abroad, for example singer Ines performed in Bosnia, and bands Meie Mees (Our Man) and Blacky in Kosovo.

Lennas Rolle in der Soap

Wie wir euch ja schon vor einiger Zeit mitgeteilt hatten, spielt Lenna in der in Estland sehr beliebten Soap "Kodu Keset Linna" mit.
Sie spielt Angela, die 16 jährige Freundin von Henri dem Son der Hauptcharaktere Hannes und Helen. Henris Eltern wollen seine Freundin wirklich gerne kennen lernen denn er hat ihnen erzählt das sie wunderschön sei. So wird Angela (Lenna) beim heutigen Familien Essen auftauchen.

Ninjas im Irak - bestätigt!

Jetzt ist es klar, Vanilla Ninja fliegen in den Irak, das bestätigt Lenna in der Unterhaltungssendung "Ein Tag mit Lenna Kuurmaa" auf Kanal 2.

Die jetzt von den Vertragsproblemen in Estland und Deutschland befreiten Ninjas planen eine Woche in den Irak zu fliegen.

Aber das nicht um eine Promotour zu veranstalten, sondern um für die Estnische Soldaten aufzutreten.

Kurt (VN-Linn) hat vor ein paar Tagen eine Mail an Hector Faune geschrieben und auch prompt eine Antwort bekommen. Hector Faune schrieb eine Mail an Lenna um herauszukriegen was es mit den zukünftigen Konzerten auf sich hat. Lenna gab keine Antwort zum Thema Irak, sie schrieb nur das sich alle drei am Monntag mit ihrem Rechtsanwalt treffen, und dieser Rechtsanwalt kann bald zurückschreiben. Also nicht wirklich neue Informationen.

I have no time to start a family

On the 3rd of November Piret was on the meeting in Estonian school Paalalinna in Viljandi, where she answered a few questions.
Ninjagirl admitted that she has no time to start the family right now. As written on elu24.ee Piret Järvis took a little break from the band so people were interested if there are family plans. MTV VJ answered laughing that at the moment she's too busy and she has not got enough time to start family.

"I'm not planning to have kids, I've just started working in MTV".

MTV boss Karoli Hindriks gave a signal that she wouldn't like to let Järvis have the maternity hollidays.

One day with Lenna

Wie wir euch vor ein paar Tagen mitgeteilt haben wurde im Estnischen Fernsehen eine Sendung gezeigt in der man einen Tag in Lennas Leben verfolgen konnte. Dieses Video haben wir nun für euch.

Leider gibt es keine englischen oder sogar deutschen Untertitel, so lässt sich meistens leider nur erraten was Lenna da gerade erzählt. Was uns bei der Bandprobe und am Ende des Videos aufgefallen ist, ist dass ein Lied von unseren Ninjas angespielt wurde, das uns noch nicht bekannt ist. Das wird dann wohl mit ziemlicher sicherheit bedeuten das wir bald wieder mehr von ihnen erwarten dürfen.

Vanilla Ninja gehen in den Irak?

Laut Kroonika wird Lenna oder komplett Vanilla Ninja in den Irak gehen um dort für die Soldaten zu spielen. Dazu wollen sie eine Woche dort bleiben und 2 Konzerte geben.
Mehr ist dazu bis jetzt noch nicht bekannt. Das neue Kroonika das nächste Woche erscheint soll klarheit verschaffen.

Wir sind uns nicht sicher ob das eine gute Idee ist, da Konzerte bekanntlich größere Menschenansammlungen sind und damit grade in diesem Gebiet stark von Terror-Anschlägen gefährdet sind.
Hoffentlich geht alles gut oder noch besser wäre es wenn sie einfach in Estland bleiben würden. Sie haben im Kriegsgebiet wirklich nichts verloren! Das ist die Meinung von VanillaNinja.de.ki.

You should use your time sensibly. If you have a feeling that your work doesn't offer you enough pleasure or fun, then apparently you are doing the wrong thing and you are just wasting your time. The whole time should ideally seem “free” because people must complete their tasks voluntarily.

I don't really know what's “in” right now, so I'm not going to tell here what I'd like to buy. It can happen that I name something very unfashionable.

Piret bei den EMA

Piret ist bei bei den EMA in München.

MTV Estonia VJ Piret Järvis is in Munich, Germany right now. She has been there since Sunday already. The first two days were calm but on Wednesday, when Bedwetters was on stage making a rehearsal, the emotions were very high. “It was so sweet to see them on the stage” says Piret Järvis. She has no clue about how the boys would feel if they really won the award.

Piret is representing the MTV Baltics together with the Latvian and Lithuanian VJs, so their tasks are divided. For example the Lithuanian VJ went to the press conference and Piret interviewed the Bedwetters band. “I hope to see and interview the stars before the show” says Piret.

On Tuesday the VJs of MTV Baltics had free time and they went to a Foo Fighters concert. “Munich isn't very excited because of the EMA” thinks Piret. “They know about this concert. There are not many advertisements on the streets and the people are very calm. Most of the people say that they are going to watch the show on TV.”

Piret can enjoy the life of an anonymous person. When Vanilla Ninja was very famous in Germany, there were a lot of fans asking for autographs everywhere. “We haven't given any concerts here for a long time, so nobody has asked me for an autograph yet. Some people recognize me, but they don't come to me. I think that most of the people don't recognize me.”

Ein Tag von Lennas Leben?

Laut Love-Ninjas wir auf Kanal2 (Estnischer Fernsehsender) diesen Samsatg ein kompletter Tag aus Lennas Leben zusehen sein (Üks päev Lenna Kuurmaaga). Die Sendung soll am 3.11. um 20:55 Uhr ausgestrahlt und am 4.11 um 15:05 wiederholt werden.

Wir haben dies überprüft und müssen leider sagen das dies eine falsche Information ist! Auf dem Online-Programmplan von Kanal2 steht nichts davon! An beiden Daten läuft dort die Sendung "Üks päev Gerd Kanteriga".

Wenn es trotzdem stimmen sollte hoffen wir bald eine Aufnahme davon zu erhalten.

3 days ago Lenna performed on the stage of Stiina, as usual Kurt from VN-Linn recorded her performance! You can see the vids: 1, 2.

She is asked what did she like in the shooting of "Kuhu pőnegevad hinged". And she answered: "Evrything. It was a nice experience."" The second video starts with Lenna being asked what is most important in life, love, family or what. She answered: Love.

She also sang Saatus Naerdes Homse Toob and One Love (feat. Traffic).

Lennas Rolle

Eine Schauspielerin die eine kleine Neben Rolle im Film spielt (Klassenkameradin von Lenna) hat sich zu Lennas Rolle geäussert:

I didn't talk to Lenna, because she was very focused on her job, acting. She did really well. The days when I was there, she did all the parts in one time! When something went wrong, it usually wasn't her fault, they just filmed one part from different angles, tried what was better.
Lenna seemed really professional, though she also seemed quite sad, but that was only because of focusing I think. Or yeah, the days were tough - filming all day was extremely tiring, that may have been the reason also.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I think Lenna did a great job in it!

1. How did you become an actress for this movie?
Lenna: The movie makers called me, and asked if I would like to try for a role in one Estonian movie. Of course I liked this idea, cause I have always had interest in acting, so I went to the audition and luckily I got the part.

2. How long was the shoot of this movie?
Lenna: 2 months

3. Can you tell us something about the story and your character “Maya”?
Lenna: She is 16 year old, independent, tough and self secure girl...

4. Did you get new experiences as an actress?
Lenna: Of course. This was the first job I did as an actress. I had no real experience before…

5. Would you like to act in a movie again?
Lenna: Yes. It was really interesting, and I liked it a lot. I have only good memories.

6. Do you enjoy being an actress?
Lenna: Yes, it was fun

7. Do you know if the movie will be released in English or German, too?
Lenna: I don't know that. But I know it comes out on DVD soon.

Vanilla Ninja 2008 in Chile

Unsere Ninjas wurden von mehr als 160 internationalen Künstlern ausgewählt um auf dem Vińa del Mar International Song Festival 2008 in Chile zu performen.

Es ist das wichtigste Event in Latein Amerika. Es wird im Februar statt finden (es gibt es seit 1959). Es wird 200km von Santiago entfernt liegen und wird von über 50 Millionen Leuten weltweit gesehen!

VN werden Birds of Peace singen und damit wird Estland zum ersten mal an diesem Festival teilnehmen. Sie wollen live spielen und damit den Seagull Pokal (Erhällt der gewinner des Festivals) gewinnen. Laut einigen Zeitugen haben sie gute Chancen dies zu schaffen.

Dieser Auftritt könnte ihre Karriere in Latin Amerika ankurbeln und damit "die Spitze des Eisbergs" sein.

Lenna und Piret haben im ETV (Eesti Televisioon) an irgendeiner Art Sport Show teilgenommen in der berühmte Leute einen Wettbewerb machen und der Gewinner darf nach Bejing (China) sich die Olympischen Spiele angucken.

Unsere Meinung

Die Meinung von VanillaNinja.de.ki zu der momentanen Gesamtsituation von Vanilla Ninja ist, dass sie die ganzen Probleme besser durchhalten, als noch vor einem Jahr gedacht. Sie haben es jetzt soweit geschafft und darum sind wir optimistisch, das sie es durchstehen und zurück kommen, mit einem gefeiertem Comeback!
Wir sind allerfings sehr gespannt was es denn nun mit diesem Casting auf sich hat.
Vanilla Ninja haben mehr als bewiesen das sie nicht nur Vanilla sind und momentan mehr Ninja sein müssen und diese Aufgabe meistern. Hoffentlich sind sie bald wieder voll da!

Weitere Probleme oder neue Single nächste Woche?

Anfang der woche wurde eine Presse Mitteilung veröffentlicht in der stand, dass Vanilla Ninja und Aleksander Simakov sich einig sind und Katrin sagte am Telefon das sie in einer guten Position sind um Pläne für die Zukunft zu machen.
Simakov (momentan in der Türkei) hat sich dazu nicht geäussert, er sagt nur das er nächste Woche ein Casting namens "Become Vanilla Ninja" starten will.

Das Casting:

• Zunächst ist das Projekt nur für russische Mädchen.
• Es wird sich auf das russische Show Business fokussieren.
• Die Auswahl der Mädchen für die neue Band wird der Jury, bestehend aus Lenna, Piret & Katrin, präsentiert.
• Um teil zu nehmen muss bezahlt werden.

Diese vier Fakten wurden von Simakov bestätigt. Katrin sagte dazu ebenfalls, dass sie zwar eine neues Team suchen, aber nicht für Vanilla Ninja - VN bleibt VN - erklärte sie optimistisch.

Nächste Woche sollen auch einige bedeutungsvolle Events statt finden, unter anderem soll im Radio ein neuer Song von Vanilla Ninja veröffentlicht werden! Aber sie haben keine Pläne was Konzerte angeht, das liegt am neuen Besitzer. Simakov hat die Rechte an allem was unter ihrem dem Namen (Vanilla Ninja) erscheint.

Wie viel Simakov mit dem Namen spielen will ist nicht bekannt. Er sagt er wäre davon überrascht wie sich alles bis jetzt entwickelt hat und er hatte keinen Angriff auf Vn geplant. Hier könnt ihr die Vereinbarung (estnisch) zwischen Simakov und Lenna, Piret & Katrin lesen. Man kann sehen, dass ihre echten Unterschriften anders aussehen als auf den Autogramm Karten.

Stiina mit Lenna

Im Stiina Magazin ist ein Interview mit Lenna. Allerdings gibts dabei keine neuen Nachrichten.
Es wurde hauptsächlich über ihren Film geredet. Eine interessante Kleinigkeit gibt es aber doch:

"When Lenna was 8-15 years old, she had a very busy life. Every day after school she ran home, ate something very fast, took her violin and ran to the music school. After the music school, she sang in a ETV girls choir and after that she had dancing trainings. She missed a lot of parties and excursions because of her busy lifestyle but she liked it. She left home every day at 8 o'clock and got back at 23.00."

Endlich gibt es gute News, die das Ende der Probleme bedeuten könnten!

Gestern haben Vanilla Ninja ein überraschendes Statement veröffentlicht - Frühere Meldungen waren irreführend. In der Presse Nachricht stand, dass die Meldungen zu früh und irreführend dargestellt wurden.

Piret Järvis, Lenna Kuurmaa, Katrin Siska und Aleksander Simakov, der kürzlich den Vertrag mit Vanilla Ninja kaufte, haben ihre Probleme geklärt und zu einem gemeinsamen Standpunkt gekommen.

Die Band Mitglieder bleiben die selben und haben alle damit verbundenen Rechte. Das Casting, das Simakov veranstaltet, ist für eine ganz andere Band. Es hat garnichts mit Vanilla Ninja in irgendeiner Form zu tun. Aber die Ninjas werden in der Jury des Castings sitzen!

Lennas Konzert

On the 4th of October Lenna performed on the stage with Estonian artists. The concert took place in Estonia Kontserdisaalis. The Eesti Vähiliit is the Estonian counterpart of organisations around the world fighting against cancer. The place was almost full with about 600 people.

Love Ninjas und VN-LINN Boycott - We ready to fight, if we must. Right?

Love Ninjas und VN-LINN, The International Vanilla Ninja Fanclub, werden von heute an, keine News mehr von oder über OUSON OÜ veröffentlichen. Aleksander Simakov wurde aus dem VN-Linn Forum gekickt (Er war für zwei Wochen registriert). Ausserdem hat Love Ninajs gebeten, dass alle News Plattformen das selbe mit ALLEN MÖGLICHEN Nachrichten hinsichtlich „der neuen Ninjas“, „des Namens“ etc. zu tun.

Wir sind uns noch nicht sicher wie wir mit kommenden News die in diese Kathegorie passen umgehen werden. Denn wir wollen uns zwar nicht gegen die anderen VN Seiten auflehnen aber euch doch trotzdem alles wichtige über die ehm. Ninjas mitteilen!

Zusätzlich sind sie davon überzeugt, das immer noch David Brandes hinter all dem steckt und Simakov nur eine Figur/ein Spielzug in Brandes Spiel um Vanilla Ninja ist.
Sie begründen das damit, dass Simakov genauso wie Brandes handelt und das selbe Vanilla Ninja Logo wie Brandes verwendet und nicht das welches Lenna und co benutzen!

Love Ninjas sagt folgendes dazu:

Who of us would EVER accept another band "Vanilla Ninja" which is not about Lenna, Piret and Katrin??? Who can replace our beloved girls? No one and nobody. Everyone who thinks this is paranoid and is, according to my opinion (which is free in this country) too stupid to hold a cup of tea.

Oulson OÜ used David Brandes' Vanilla Ninja logo. This says everything. Simakov is acting like Brandes, in the same unpleasant way. He seems to want to complete what Brandes had not been able to when he, David Brandes, manipulated the charts buying (having bought) own records. So the logo is actually "BROS MUSIC"'s logo, nowadays IceZone, which is the same thing in another "colour". Brandes lied and betrayed and I am pretty sure he is behind this all. If not, anyone who watches this "trauerspiel" will see parallels enough to draw his/her own conclusions.

Vanilla Ninja use a new, their own logo. So they can claim the rights to their pictured logo themselves. And they do, with OUR, the fans' support. And this support will not diminish, will not disappear ever! Be sure, that VN-LINN will support Lenna Kuurmaa, Katrin Siska and Piret Järvis, as they are the true, ones and only Vanilla Ninja.


THUS any news related to OULSON OÜ will not be published here! This is boycott, and only the statements of Lenna, Piret and Katrin will be admitted here. Believe me, this is the only legal way to stop such people who mean they can buy us. They can't. Our souls are with our girls. And this is now clearly stated. I hope. And Love Ninjas with VN-LINN are ready to fight, if we must. Right?

Hier ist ein Video in dem Piret und Katrin sagen, dass sie die echten Ninjas sind und bleiben.

The girls will sing VN's old super hits

Heute hat Aleksander Simakov bekannt gegeben, das das Casting für das neue Vanilla Ninja begonnen hat. Die Teilnehmerinnen müssen eine Gebühr von über 1000 EEK (ca. 65 €) bezahlen, zwischen 20 und 27 Jahre alt sein und estnisch, russisch und englisch singen können. Es werden wohl zwei russusche und zwei estnische Girls werden.

Simakov sagte das er die neue CD vom neuen Vanilla Ninja schon im Dezember freigeben will, sich auch nach Osten ausbreiten will und das sie wahrscheinlich auch die alten (originalen) Vanilla Ninja Songs singen werden.

Ohne sich für diese Pläne zu interessieren planen Lenna, Piret und Katrin weiter unter dem Namen Vanilla Ninja.

Lenna geht auf Tour!

On 04.10.2007 Lenna will perform in Tallinn, Estonia together with other artists. The concert is a charity event for the Cancer Association in Estonia.

Piret und Katrin bei "Paar" auf ETV

Pret und Katrin waren gestern (27.9.) bei der Show "Paar" auf ETV zu Gast. Hier das Video dazu:

Bis jetzt liegt uns leider keine Übeersetzung vor.

Sie reden unter anderem über ihren Band Namen, ihre Vergangenheit als Vanilla Ninja, die Vorwürfe und Probleme mit Aleksander Simakov und Oulson OÜ. Sie schildern ihr Problem und diskutieren darüber, aber er scheint bis jetzt keine News zu geben.

Piret ist sichtbar genervt...

Rock Programm by Piret

MTV hat eine SMS befragung durchgeführt um zu überprüfen welche Art von Programmen am beliebtesten sind. Die Wähler konnten zwischen Disco und Rock Hitparaden wählen und die entscheidung war 80% für Rock.
Die Charts wurden zum ersten mal aus allen Europäischen Hitparaden zusammen gestellt und das neue Rock Programm wird am Freitag das erstemal ausgestrahlt, schreibt SL Õhtuleht.

"The studio decoration which will be visible in the first show of this programme is not finished yet, in addition to that we are starting to do recordings in Estonia and we will make some changes," bestätigt Piret, MTVs Rock VJ.

Die Decoration, die Piret entworfen hat, ist eine Zusammenstellung aus Schlagzeugen, Gitarren und lauten Sounds.

"It's exactly the style I am wearing myself." fügt sie hinzu.

Lenna sagt die Teilnahme an einem Tanz Programm ab

Ehm. Vanilla Ninja Mitglied Lenna sagt die Teilnahme an einem Tanz Programm ab. Das Programm "Dancing with the Stars" wird die größten Publikumslieblinge nicht sehen. Entsprechend der erfolgreichen Website des Programms sollten unter den tanzenden Paaren, Lenna Kuurmaa, Piret Järvis geben müssen und Katrin Siska, außerdem es Superstar Birgit, Tanel Padar, Kristjan Kasearu und Koit Toome sein schreibt SL Õhtuleht.

Lenna gibt als Grund an, daß sie mit der Präsentation des Sky Plus Radioprogramms sehr beschäftigt sind und mit der Band. Der Name der Band wird im Augenblick diskutiert.

"I was very happy that they chose me, but after big weighing and thinking, I said no in this case," sagte sie.

Kati & Richie

In the newest newspaper Pärnu Linnaleht is written article of Katrin and her dog Richie. She mentioned, that she usually doesn't take Richie with her on events because there are too many new persons and new odors around. And so after those events Richie is really tired and doesn't want to do anything more than just eat and sleep. Kati got two warnings on the 2-nd floor of cafe "Moskva", while she was with Richie. After this she doesn't carry him with her. To the supermarkets she doesn't take her pet, because she doesn't even want to stay in those cashier's desk queues. The girls don't know what's happening!

Simakov sagt das niemand in Deutschland den Vertrag den TopTen Oulson Outsoursing übergeben hat. "Entweder wissen sie es nicht oder möchten es nicht wissen was geschiet" sagt er über die ehm. Ninjas. „Die Sache, die verhandelt wurde, hing mit einem anderen Fall zusammen. Es ging nicht um ihren Künstlervertrag, sondern um die Verhältnisse zwischen David Brandes und TopTen“. Auf jeden Fall hat Oulson Outsoursing den ehm. Ninjas mitgeteilt das ihr Vertrag beendet ist, nachdem sie nicht zu ihrem vereinbaren Treffen erschienen sind. „Sie erklärten nicht, daß sie nicht kommen. Wir müssen nicht warten - wenn sie nicht mit uns arbeiten möchten, dann nicht“ sagt Simakov.

Piret sagt:
"We have already agreed at our first meeting, that we'll look, how to solve this problem normally. When after that meeting some stories about Katrin leaving the band leaked out in the Kroonika magazine - it causes annoyance and untrustworthiness."

Das spricht Piret über den Artikel in Kroonika, in dem Simakov sagt, daß er nicht wünscht das Katrinweiter hin in der Band bleibt.

Kommt Vanilla Ninja mit neuen Mitgliedern?

"Katrin has never planned to leave the band. The story is completely different, today, Vanilla Ninja holds together more than ever. If someone wants to cooperate in peace with us, then why would he then at the same time tell stories which affect Vanilla Ninja? Why should we cooperate with these who acts hypocritically? But then again, maybe it would make less energy, if we could all talk about it and get thing” sagt Piret.

Simakov sagt das er einen Wettbewerb veranstallten möchte um neue Band Mitglieder zu finden.

"And in the end of the year we will release a new CD. I’m still wondering, if it's going to be with new girls or the same old ones” fügt sie hinzu.

Obgleich Oulson Outsoursing ein Rechtsberatungunternehmen ist, weiß Simakov, daß sie ein sehr gutes Studio und einen guten Komponisten verwenden können. Der Komponist hatte sogar Lieder für russische Superstars t.A.T.u. und Alla Pugatšova geschrieben.

"We have the technical base and people who could deal with it all, and they are very good" versicherte Simakov.

Piret hat sich folgendermaßen zu den jüngsten Ereignissen geäussert:

"The fact that the contract was handed to Simakov was proven to be wrong in the German court.
Vanilla Ninja is our artist name, which is not to be sold and which we have never handed to anyone to use it. It is completely ours, that's why we can perform the music of Vanilla Ninja at any time."

Da sind wir aber mal gespannt wo das hinführt. Denn Aleksander Simakov hatte dazu gesagt, dass er die Polizei rufen will, dessen Aufgabe es dann wäre die Veranstalltung zu beenden.

Oulson OÜ beginnt die Suche nach neuen Mitgliedern für Vanilla Ninja

...das sagt ein Artikel von SL Õhtuleht. Im Moment sucht Aleksander Simakov neue Mitglieder. Am Dienstag sind die Ninjas nicht zu einer Sitzung mit Oulson Outsoursing OÜ, dem Inhaber von Vanilla Ninja, erschienen wie es TopTen ihnen gesagt hatte. Jetzt möchte der Manager von Oulson Outsouring, Aleksander Simakov, einen Wettbewerb beginnen, um neue Mitglieder für das Band zu suchen. „Jetzt kann Vanille Ninja keine Konzerte ohne meine Erlaubnis geben!“ sagt Simakov. Weiter sagt er, das der Vertrag beendet wird und bestätigt das die Mädchen ihre Nachrichten in wenigen Tagen erhalten würden. Simakov sagt, Mädchen können nun Konzerte unter dem Namen„Vanilla Ninja“ mit seiner Vereinbarung geben. Würden die ehm. Ninjas trotzdem ein Konzert geben will er die Polizei rufen dessen Aufgabe es dann ist die Veranstaltung zu beenden.
